ACI Walletron Paperless Billing Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  How do I enroll in the ACI Walletron?

A.  To enroll, click here. You will be asked to provide your account number.
 

Q.  How do I receive my bill via my mobile wallet each month?

A.  If you are an iPhone user, you will receive a monthly push notification when your bill is ready to view via your phone’s native Apple Wallet app. If you are an Android user, you will receive a text message to view via your bill in via your phone’s native Google Pay app.

Q.  Is there a fee to enroll in ACI Walletron?

A.  No. ACI Walletron enrollment is offered to customers free of charge.

Q.  How can I pay my bill?

A.  You can continue to pay your bill using your current bill payment method. Or, when you view your bill in your mobile wallet, you’ll be able to click a button to pay your bill via SpeedPay using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account.
 

Q.  Is there a convenience fee if I make a payment through my mobile wallet?

A.  There is not a convenience fee when using your mobile wallet.
 

Q.  How do I do to unenroll from ACI Walletron?

A.  To unenroll from ACI Walletron, open your Apple Wallet or Google Pay pass, select the settings menu, then click the “Remove Pass” link. Please allow 24 hours for  this change request effect to take effect.

Q.  Can I still receive a paper bill if I sign up for ACI Walletron?

A.  Once you enroll in the ACI Walletron paperless billing option, you will receive your bill via your smartphone’s mobile wallet and a paper bill will no longer be sent to you via mail.

Q.  Can I enroll in ACI Walletron if I’m already enrolled in eBill?

A.  At any time, you can switch your paperless billing option from eBill to ACI Walletron.
