My Account: Receive an email when your bill is ready to view and pay online through My Account. Username and password required.
My Account allows you to:
Mobile Wallet: Receive and pay your bill through your smartphone's mobile wallet - Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).
Online Banking: Receive and pay your monthly natural gas bill through your bank or credit union’s website bill pay section. With this method, your payments will not include a convenience fee. Contact your financial institution for additional details.

In addition, consumer protection laws protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card. Under federal law, if someone steals your credit card or your credit card number, your liability is limited to fifty dollars ($50) regardless of the amount the perpetrator charges to your account.
