Q.  How do I enroll in the mobile wallet (moBill) paperless billing and payment option?

Q.  How do I receive my bill via my mobile wallet each month?

A.  If you are an iPhone user, you'll receive a monthly push notification when your bill is ready to view via Apple Wallet. If you are an Android user, you'll receive a text message to view your bill in the Google Pay app.

Q.  Is there a fee to enroll in moBill?

A.  No. moBill enrollment is offered to customers free of charge.

Q.  How can I pay my bill?

A.  You can continue to pay your bill using your current bill payment method. Or, when you view your bill in your mobile wallet, you’ll be able to click a button to pay your bill via SpeedPay using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account.
  

Q.  How do I do to unenroll from moBill?

A.  Open Apple Wallet or Google Pay, select the settings menu, then click “Remove Pass”. Please allow 24 hours for this change to take effect.

Q.  Can I still receive a paper bill if I sign up for moBill?

A.  Once you've enrolled, you'll receive your bill via your mobile wallet only.

Q.  Can I enroll in moBill if I’m already enrolled in eBill?

A.  Yes. You can switch from eBill to moBill at anytime.
