Home assessments are available to customers living in two units or less, townhomes, duplexes and individually owned and metered condos. Owners and renters are eligible to participate!
Types of Assessments
In-home assessments
Income eligible customers can receive a free in-person assessment. During your appointment, an energy advisor will review your home's energy use and install free energy-saving products. You will receive a customized report recommending additional ways to save money and energy.
Virtual assessments
Income eligible customers can use video-sharing software and a smartphone or tablet to guide an energy advisor on an interactive walk-through of your home. You will also receive free energy-saving products and a customized report recommending additional ways to save money and energy.
Self-assessments
Customers that do not qualify for an in-home or virtual assessment can complete a self-assessment. After completing a short online survey, you will receive free and discounted energy-saving products and additional tips and recommendations to help you save even more.
